Information
Marine CDR (mCDR) research must maintain its independence if the findings are to be accepted by the scientific community and society at large. With the need for significant funding to do the necessary research, the source of those funds will be under intense scrutiny. We will discuss the forms of support available so that mCDR research can reach ethical and independent conclusions, and how and when private investment into the mCDR arena may be deemed scientifically and socially acceptable.
