The Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere is presenting its project “Technical studies for offshore energy potential” and discussing the role of new technologies for renewable energy production in open sea, its challenges and partnerships. The Portuguese strategy, based on scientific-technological research & innovation, will develop floating offshore wind capacity procedures with lower risks, accelerating and increasing the competitiveness of private investment with benefits for consumers.
